TMDSAS Launches 2026 Accepted Applicant Experience Survey

On September 8, 2026, the Texas Medical and Dental Schools Application Service (TMDSAS) launched the 2026 Accepted Applicant Experience Survey, inviting accepted applicants to provide feedback regarding their experiences from application to admission.

The survey is a key component of TMDSAS and the Texas Health Education Service’s (TXHES) ongoing efforts to better understand the applicant’s experience and enhance the admissions process across participating institutions. Feedback collected will help identify potential barriers, highlight effective practices, and provide insights into opportunities for improvement for future applicants.

Applicants are encouraged to reflect on their experiences throughout the admissions process and to provide feedback that may inform future enhancements to TMDSAS services, resources, and procedures.

The survey was distributed on September 8 and will remain open through Monday, September 28, 2026.

Accepted applicants may complete the survey at the following link:

Each response offers valuable insights into how TMDSAS and participating institutions can continue to develop an application and admissions process that is accessible, responsive, and focused on applicants' needs.

TMDSAS expresses appreciation to applicants for their participation and for contributing to the improvement of the admissions process for future cohorts.
