How do I register?
Register through UT Tyler Conferences. Early bird registration is available October 1–31, 2026. You will receive a confirmation email after completing your payment.
What if the host hotel is unavailable?
If Courtyard by Marriott Tyler is unavailable or you prefer another property, explore these additional hotels in Tyler that are also offering conference discounts for conference attendees. Use the links below to register.

Yes! Share a topic you’d like to see covered when completing your conference registration form.
Where can I park, and is there a fee?
Complimentary parking is available at the W.T. Brookshire Conference Center and all listed conference hotels.
Which exhibitors will attend?
Meet representatives from institutions, services, and organizations that support health professions advising and student preparation. Exhibitor names and details will be posted as participation is confirmed.
How do I become a sponsor or exhibitor?

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Refunds are available up to 30 days before the event, less a processing and administration fee.
