This year’s conference is proudly hosted by the University of Houston Tilman J. Fertitta Family College of Medicine, a medical school dedicated to educating compassionate, community-focused physicians. How do I register for the conference?
Please register through the University of Houston’s payment and registration portal: uh.edu/med-event-registration. Once you complete your payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

What is your cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy provides a 50% refund if canceled by December 31, 2025. No refunds will be issued on or after January 1, 2026.
